Four sheets in one workbook.
Take one discipline or all four. Each sheet below is written the way we brief ourselves: the work, then the thing you walk away with.
Sheet AMobile applications
Mobile applications
iOS and Android apps that do one job properly before they try to do ten.
What it involves
- Clarifying the core task a user opens the app to complete, and cutting everything that obscures it.
- Choosing between native, cross-platform and web-based approaches with honest trade-offs on cost, maintenance and device features.
- Building screens, navigation, offline behaviour, notifications and account flows to agreed scope.
- Testing on real device sizes and accessibility settings, including larger text and screen readers.
You receive
A working build, a written list of known limitations, and a handover note explaining how the app is structured.
Sheet BUI/UX design
UI/UX design
Interfaces people understand without a manual.
What it involves
- Mapping user journeys and pinpointing where people hesitate, guess or give up.
- Wireframes first, then visual design: typography, colour contrast and spacing that pass WCAG 2.2 AA checks.
- Clickable prototypes for review before anything is built, so changes are cheap.
- A small, documented component set so future screens stay consistent.
You receive
Annotated designs, a component reference and the reasoning behind each major decision.
Sheet CWeb design & development
Web design & development
Fast, readable websites and web applications built on plain, maintainable foundations.
What it involves
- Information architecture: what each page is for and how visitors move between them.
- Semantic HTML, responsive CSS and only as much JavaScript as the job requires.
- Forms that validate clearly and fail honestly when something goes wrong.
- Performance and accessibility checks before launch, with results shared rather than summarised.
You receive
Source files you own, deployment notes, and a checklist for future edits.
Sheet DPublishing & release preparation
Publishing & release preparation
The careful, unglamorous work between “it works on my phone” and “it is in the store”.
What it involves
- Preparing App Store and Google Play listings: descriptions, screenshots, age ratings and privacy declarations.
- Reviewing data collection against what the privacy label and policy actually say.
- Organising test releases (TestFlight, internal testing tracks) and gathering structured feedback.
- Domain, hosting and email set-up for website launches, with a rollback plan.
You receive
A release checklist, submitted listings under your own developer accounts, and notes on any review feedback.
Common questions
Do you work on existing apps?
Yes. We often start with a short review of the current build, listing what to keep, fix or remove, before quoting further work.
How are projects priced?
After an initial conversation we provide a written scope with a fixed price per phase. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before work starts on them.
Whose developer account is used for publishing?
Yours. We help you create and configure Apple and Google developer accounts so the app remains in your control.
Can you guarantee store approval?
No one can. We prepare submissions carefully against current review guidelines and help respond to any feedback.
